Become Eckerö Line's business customer

If you or your company's employees travel frequently between Estonia and Finland, then you should consider becoming Eckerö Line's business customer.

In order to enter into contract, please send the following information - company's name, registry code, VAT payer's number, legal address, contact person's data (name, phone number, e-mail) and the credit rating of the company - to e-mail [email protected] 

The presumption for concluding the contract is a minimum annual purchase volume of 500€

The size of the business customer's discount depends on the volume of purchases made during the calendar year. The discount is fixed for six months. The discount is not available on special offers, on special packages or on various ship services (meals and cabins), but these purchases will be taken into account when determining the company's yearly purchase volume.

To enter the Eckerö Line's booking system and to make reservations, a business customer will be issued the unique customer number and password. Bookings made without a customer number are not eligible for the contractual discount and are not considered as part of the annual purchase volume.

NB! Discounted prices for business customers are valid only for passenger transport, i.e. this discount does not apply for freight transport. If your company deals with the transport of declared goods, then please contact Eckerö Line's freight department at [email protected]

Print the user manual 

  • Go to the page www.eckeroline.com
  • Click "Login" at the right top side
  • Choose the "Registered agents" section 
  • Enter your customer number and password
  • On the blue menu bar choose JOURNEYS
  • Choose the product JOURNEYS
  • On the booking bar, choose the route(s), date(s), number of passenger(s) and the number and size of the vehicle
  • The product code that grants the discount can be added on the next page (% enter code - product code). The product code is confidential, and it is related to company's customer number
  • Then the system offers the best price based on the entered data
  • You can add additional services, such as meals on board, private cabin, or a seat in Lounge, to the booking. These additional services are not subject to discount, but they will be considered when determining the company's yearly purchase volume.
  • Then insert the requested data for the passenger and/or for the vehicle and complete the booking.
  • Billing takes place twice a month (at the beginning and in the middle of the month) based on already travelled bookings.
