Onboard MS Finlandia you can combine entertainment with the formal in suitable proportions. The facilities at Conference center & Lounge are excellent for organizing various business and private events, from conferences to product demonstrations and Christmas parties to family reunions. M/s Finlandia operates under the Finnish flag and offers the best customer experience on the Gulf of Finland.

Combinable and adjustable spaces for up to 200 people 

Conference center & Lounge has five conference rooms that can be transformed for 8–110 people. In total, the entire space can accommodate up to 200 people. In addition to meeting facilities, there is also a Lounge in the center, a space for those who want to travel in peace and quiet and perhaps work during the trip. Please note that all participants in an event should have a valid passport or a identity card issued by the police.

Conference Room 1 & 2

Conference rooms 1 & 2 can be booked together or separately. Both can accommodate 50 people each in classroom layout. Combined, they have seating for about 100 people. Combined and with theatre layout, they can accommodate about 150 people.

Conference Room 3: Inspiration Room

Conference room 3, or Inspiration Room, is the smallest of our meeting rooms. It is suitable for a more relaxed get-together for 8 people. The inspiration room has comfortable Martela Fly Me armchairs and small side tables.

Conference service

  • All catering at the Conference Center & Lounge is lactose free. Please inform about gluten-free or other special diet when booking.
  • Mini buffet in the conference center lobby serves savoury and sweet snacks and fruit. Also coffee/tea, soft drinks, juice, beer and red and white wine on tap.
  • You can always dine at the Buffet Eckerö at an additional cost. A plentiful breakfast as well as a varied seasonal buffet menu are served (price includes starter, main course and dessert buffet, coffee, tea, milk, water, soft drinks and beer and wine on tap).
