Buying and using a travel gift card

Purchasing a valuable travel gift card is easy. First, select the desired value from the gift card category. You can enter the recipient’s details and include a short message, which will appear on the gift card. Send the card conveniently by email, either directly to the recipient or to yourself, so you can print it out and give it to the recipient at the right moment.

Please note the following:

1. You can purchase one travel gift card at a time.
2. The travel gift card can be used as payment for pre-booked ferry trips and related services, as well as various travel products and packages, in Eckerö Line’s online store and other official sales points.
3. The travel gift card cannot be used on board the ship.
4. The travel gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The travel gift card cannot be used to pay for advance orders.
6. The travel gift card cannot be used to pay for a new gift card, multi-ride tickets, or similar products.
7. The travel gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The travel gift card has its ID number (Voucher ID) and password. When booking a trip in the online store, proceed first to the payment stage. On the payment page, select Pay with Gift Card (1), enter the ID number in the field (2), accept the terms (3), and finally click the Enter Voucher ID button (4).

You can use the travel gift card as long as it has a remaining balance. If the total amount of your booking exceeds the remaining balance, the gift card can also be used as partial payment. In this case, you will return to the payment page in the online store and can choose another payment method to cover the remaining amount.
