Inner-city trams not in operation on the night of 13 September
On the night of Saturday, 13 September, the operating voltage of the inner-city tramway will be increased to correspond with that of the light rail lines. This will cause a disruption to tram services. From 9pm to midnight on Saturday night, trams will only run between West Terminal–Central Railway Station–Katajanokka, Jätkäsaari–Ooppera, and West Terminal–Eira. No trams will operate in central Helsinki between midnight and 7am.
The voltage will be increased between 9pm and midnight. During this time, only trams 7T, 8, 8H, 8T and 9T will run in central Helsinki.
- Tram 7T will run on a detour route from 6 p.m. onwards, with its last departure from the West Terminal at 11:02 p.m. The last departure from the Katajanokka terminal will be at 11:29 p.m.
- Trams 8 and 8H will only run between the Opera and Jätkäsaari on Saturday from 9 p.m. to midnight.
- The last departure of tram 8T from the Opera to the West Terminal is at 11:31 p.m.
- On Saturday evening between 9 p.m. and midnight, tram 9T will run between the West Terminal and the city center, as well as exceptionally in the southern part of the city center. The last departure from Länsiterminaali is at 11:04 p.m.
