Changes in traffic arrangements in the center of Tallinn – take some extra time especially when traveling by car

If you are traveling by car, please take some more time than usual for leaving and arriving at Tallinn Passenger Port.

There are a lot of road works in the city center area due to building a new tram line to the port.

Especially during rush hour - from 8 AM to 10 AM and from 4 PM to 6 PM, traveling by car may be delayed.

Construction work is also being done in front of the A-terminal. They do not affect the arrival of taxis at the terminal. Car travelers drive to check-in m/s Finlandia along Sadama-katu, not Kai-katu, as usual.

Tram lines 2 and 4 have stopped operating for the time being, and replacing them is line 6, which runs along the Kopli–Tondi route.

The pedestrian traffic in the central area is not particularly affected.

You can get more information about the modification works and alternative routes on Visit Tallinn's website.

The Waze application provides up-to-date information about traffic jams in Tallinn.
